Test taker must provide 24-hour advance notice of cancellation in order to be rescheduled free of charge. Test takers who arrive more than ten minutes late for their scheduled test will not be allowed to take the test and will not receive a refund. The test taker must reschedule the test and pay a rescheduling fee. Payment indicates acceptance of these policies.
