Wednesday, March 6 - AM Fluency

Every now and then, we are reminded of our mortality. Rather than evade the inevitable, it is important to confront the reality of death directly. So…opening conversation: If you had only five more days to live, how would you spend your time? Nearly everyone said that they would return to their native countries and spend time with family…except Andres. He said he would do a bunch of extreme sports. 

Today was our final day on the Italian Renaissance. I gave a presentation on artworks by Michelangelo. We had numerous conversations about details of his work. We also discussed some works by Raphael, Botticelli, and Donatello. We decided we all need to go to Italy.
