Pietra visited class today to show us her new baby! We are so happy that mama and baby are doing well!

We finished reading the article about why learning English is difficult. We discussed phrasal verbs, idioms, and unpredictable spelling.

We then listened to the second of my songs of summer 2024: “Femininomenon,” by Chappell Roan. We analyzed the lyrics and shared opinions about the song, which most students seemed to like.
