Thursday, January 25 - AM Intermediate

Today we reread about the DiCarlo’s on page 83 in SxS1.  Using the story as a guide, the students told a story about Mrs. Kowalski (pg, 85) while looking at the pictures.  Then we told it again as a whole class.  Students completed page 86, grammar focus.

We switched to life skills and how they stay informed.  They identified their method - TV, newspapers, Internet, radio, magazines, and community meetings.  In groups they started to identify the advantages and disadvantages of each method.
