WU Words in Writing conversation w/rotating partners

We reviewed the past 30 vocabulary words they learned from chapters 4,5, and 6 by doing dictation and spelling on the board. We reviewed any words they did not understand.

In partners they had to come up with a sentence that included as many new vocab words as possible and shared them with the class. 

We did oral practice with the Words in Discussion questions on page 51. 

Their discussion sparked very animated conversation as they discussed admitting wrongdoing and the population of their hometowns.
