Recap the feelings we wanted to focus on from last week: overwhelmed, worried, frustrated, withdrawn, ashamed, startled, repugnant, hesitant, ecstatic, dismayed,
⁃ draw the diagram again
⁃ Add the feelings from last week
⁃ Add a couple new feelings
Activity:
Split into 3 groups. Give each group an emotion, but keep secret from other groups.
Each group has to come up with a short story where the person/people in the story feel this emotion. Then, the other groups talk together and guess the emotion. The group that guesses it right gets a point.
Then play again but this time, they have to act out the emotion – no words.
