Transfer Process
for F1 Students

When your application is complete, ACE will email your acceptance letter and transfer release form to you and to your current program.
the transfer date must be on or before the start of the next term at ACE.
A tuition deposit is due on the transfer date: https://www.instituteace.org/pay-for-english-courses/p/deposit-due-upon-approval
On the transfer date, your current school will release your SEVIS record to ACE. ACE will email a new I20 to you.

A mandatory orientation will take place on campus the week before your program begins.
The remainder of your tuition, textbooks and fees must be paid on or before your orientation.
