Transfer Process
for F1 Students

  • ACE Placement Test: If the student has studied as an F-1 for 1+ years, they will need to take ACE’s placement test. This happens on ACE’s campus at a time both the student and ACE agrees upon.

Accuplacer Test: If the student has studied for longer than 2 years, they must submit results of an English placement test from an external source. ACE will tell you the name of test locations which previous students went to, but scheduling, paying and taking of the test is the student's responsibility.

  • When your application is complete, ACE will email your acceptance letter and transfer release form to you and to your current program.

  • A mandatory orientation will take place on campus the week before your program begins.

The remainder of your tuition, textbooks and fees must be paid on or before your orientation.
