• a copy of the identification pages of your passport and the passport of any dependents who will travel with you.

• the non-refundable application processing fee(s), payable here: https://www.instituteace.org/pay-for-english-courses

• a $250 tuition deposit payable here: https://www.instituteace.org/pay-for-english-courses/p/change-of-status-deposit

• a bank statement showing sufficient financial support for your time of study.

• if the bank account is in a sponsor's name, the sponsor must sign a sponsorship form

Email a copy of any communications from USCIS to ACE at admissions@instituteace.org

• If your start date passes before a USCIS decision is made, you must provide ACE with updated program dates. ACE charges a nominal fee for I20 updates/revisions: https://www.instituteace.org/pay-for-english-courses

• A $600 tuition deposit is due upon approval of your Change of Status: https://www.instituteace.org/pay-for-english-courses/p/deposit-due-upon-approval

A mandatory orientation will take place on campus the week before your program begins.

The remainder of your first term tuition and fees must be paid five business days before your start date.
