Thursday, March 28 - AM Intermediate
Today, we started by having pairs ask each other the best and worst thing that happened over spring break. Then they had to tell the class about their partner.
We completed the following sentences about spring.
“I know it is spring when…”
“In spring, I like to …”
“The best thing about spring is…”
Students matched and acted out spring collocations. After that, they used some of these collocations to describe a picture while their partner had to draw what they saw.
I reviewed their assessments from before break, and we practiced more with possessive pronouns. Reflexive pronouns were briefly introduced.
We will start the next class by reviewing the worksheet on possessive and reflexive pronouns. Then we will continue with spring vocabulary.
