Unit 6:  Lost and Found

Previewed the picture, elicited vocabulary, and made predictions about the story.  We read about three identical triplets who were separated at birth and adopted by different families.  They did not know each other existed.  

We pulled out the past tense verbs and identified them by regular and irregular.  Both were put into a chart.  The regular past tense verbs (+ed) have three different pronunciations [i], [I], [Id].

We will continue the story next week.
