WU:  What is something you have adapted to?

     In pairs, students discussed the warm up question, and then shared their partners answers with the whole class.

Using Reflect 4, we looked at a picture of Norway on pages 3-4.  We discussed what we saw and how the picture made us feel.  

We reviewed the margin on page 4 and discussed what we would be working on in this unit:  comparing our homes to another, changes to our childhood home, and how/why we connect to places.

Page 5 - review the vocabulary, discuss with a partner and then the whole class.  Completed the matching exercise B on page 5.
