WU: What information do you regularly look up?

The students identified necessary information to stay informed versus the pursuit of personal interests.


Then the students took a moment to brainstorm topics that are interesting to them individually to either fulfill their needs or personal interests.


SCMS2, p. 86 - 96 Students split up in three groups. Each group worked on one or two subtopics presented in this part of chapter 5 and got it ready to present to the class on Monday. 

In this way, we will not read through the text presented on these pages in class in a linear way, but instead the students will learn the content through presenting to each other as well as listening to each other’s presentations.
