Review of present tense and present continuous.
Review of question words.
The students wrote random questions on the board, using
Who? What? Where? When? Why? Which? How?
SxS1, ch 9, WB, on p. 62-67 we went briefly over the exercises. Students can complete them on their own (optional), outside class, and I’m available to correct them and answer questions.
On p. 68 we practiced the pronunciation of sh- words and ch-words.
Exercise K made us look closer at nouns and adjectives. In English, adjectives come before the noun, not like in Spanish and Portuguese, where adjectives follow the nouns.
