Complaint

Procedure

  1. Individuals are encouraged to first discuss concerns directly with the faculty or staff member who is involved in the conflict.

  2. If the individual is unsatisfied by the outcome of the discussion, a written explanation of the complaint must be emailed to the Academic Administrator at academics@instituteace.org. The Academic Administrator will investigate the complaint and document a resolution.

  3. If the individual is unsatisfied by the Academic Administrator’s resolution, a written explanation of the complaint must be emailed to the Program Director at director@instituteace.org. The Program Director will investigate the complaint and document a resolution. The Program Director's resolution of the complaint is final.

All written material associated with the complaint will be securely maintained.
